STONEWALL AKRON'S MISSION Stonewall Akron is dedicated to the achievement of civil rights, civil liberties, and personal security of all individuals without discrimination based upon sexual orientation, sex, creed, age or physical disability. Stonewall Akron's primary purpose is to achieve social and political equality through the elimination of discrimination against the lesbian, gay and bisexual community. Stonewall Akron will promote public discussion, community education, mass voter registration, and other lawful activity which furthers these stated purposes.
