Chapter 11

[Dan took Mike's clothes and left Mike tied to a tree. Mike got free and, still nude, walked toward the picnic area.]

With his clothes gone, Mike started walking down the hill to the picnic area. Mike enjoyed being nude and had often considered joining NEON (Northeast Ohio Naturalists). He often spent hours nude in his home and he did sleep nude. This was different. He didn't have any clothes. He thought he could borrow something from his friends at the picnic. He didn't want to tell anyone he and Dan had been assaulted. He decided that he would not tell that Dan had been raped. That was Dan's story to tell. Mike was concerned about Dan's well being and angry that Dan had left him tied to a tree.

Mike walked into the picnic area and people whistled and cheered at this handsome, nude young man walking through the picnic grounds. He saw his friend Gregg, talking to a group of people. When he saw Mike, Gregg walked toward Mike.

      "What's wrong?" Gregg asked.

"We were attacked up on the hill. Not by anybody from the picnic. They tied me to a tree. When they left Dan dressed and took my clothes and left. Please help me."

"Sure." Gregg took the table cloth off the picnic table and wrapped it around Mike. "Are you cold. You're shivering."

      "Just scared."

"Let me take you home. You don't need to be here." When the men got in Gregg's car, Mike started crying. Sobs at first and then the crying of a man who had been hurt and was suffering.

"Did they do anything to you?"

      "No," Mike whispered.

"What about Dan? What did they do to him?"

"Both of them raped him. He screamed for help and I couldn't help him. Maybe he is angry with me because I didn't help him and that's why he left. He said something strange. He said that he had raped someone. He didn't tell me any more." Mike relaxed and stopped crying when they got on 77-South. In an hour the men drove into Mike's driveway in Akron.

"I want to come in with you," Gregg said. "Maybe you have a message from Dan on your answering machine."

"You know, Gregg, I'm angry with Dan now. We have each other. What happened to Dan wasn't his fault. He's not to blame. He has nothing to be ashamed of.

Mike had a key to the back door hidden under a rock. He opened the door and walked into the house. At that point he dropped the table cloth that he'd draped around his waist. Gregg saw Mike standing in the hallway, with the table cloth on the floor.

Gregg put his arms around Mike and said, "I'm here for you."

Mike returned the embrace and kissed Gregg and then they kissed again and again. Soon, Gregg was dressed like Mike and they lay on the carpet on the living room floor.

Back on a mountain near the picnic area Dan had found the house he was looking for. He knocked on the door and Clarence opened the door.

"Well, lookie here. Vince come here. One of 'em fag boys done come calling. You come on in here fag boy. I was just telling Vince that I could use a little more of your pretty ass. Vince, come here."

Vince walked into the room. He'd taken his shirt off and stood just inside the doorway looking at Dan.

"Clarence, you can have him first this time."

"Vince, where are your manners. Offer the man something to drink. Want some sodie-pop, fag boy?"

"Well, let's get on with it," Dan said.

[Has Dan gone mountain man and moved in with Vince and Clarence. What about Mike and Gregg? Find out in the next exciting chapter of The Tales of Akron.]
