Cookie's Corner at Cafe 115
Egg Flower Soup (Chinese)
Yield: 4 Servings

Ingredients

40 oz. Chicken Stock
1 Teas. Sesame Oil
1 Egg
1 oz. Green Onion, Julienne

Preparation

Step 1: Bring Stock to a Boil
Step 2: Lightly beat Egg with
           Sesame Oil
Step 3: Slowly pour Egg mixture into
           Stock. Use Chop Sticks to Swirl
           it around in Stock to create Strands.
Step 4: Garnish Soup with Julienne slivers
           of Green Onion.
