We
are a group of Lutheran
believers who are transgendered,
lesbian,and gay, meeting at the Christ
Lutheran Church, located at 1890
Bailey Rd. in Cuy. Falls near the
Chapel Hill Mall. The meetings are
at 6:00 pm. on the 2nd. Sat. of the
month. This is a sanctuary because
we all agree to keep the things we
see and hear, at the meeting. We
believe in acceptance, not intolerence.
Because people get shut out of churches,
we are here to be supportive. There are
chapters accross the country and there
is a national gathering every 2 years.
The meetings range from dances to
picnics. Serious topics like same sex
domestic violence and transgendered
issues. Lutherans Concerned is an
outreach group for people who are
turned off by the church, or who are
frightened. Consider joining us for fun,
fellowship and food and support.
