It's A Dog's Life
by Leon Redbone
I was born on the 7th of January in 1991 to a loving
mother; and a father that I never met. Even though he
was a champion of our breed, he never felt as though he
had any responsibility to his children. Yes, I am the
product of a broken home as are most of my fellow
canines.
Fortunately, I was adopted by a wonderful gay couple
who have taken care of me through all of life's
struggles. I love them very much and I know that they
love me too. (even though they did remove my testicles.)
Anyway, enough about me. I know that there is a
plague affecting humans that is being caused by a
retro-virus, and that it has taken a heavy toll on the
community in which my best friends are a part of, and is
spreading worldwide at an alarming rate. There are many
diseases that affect humans and animals that can be
prevented if we were all properly educated about them
and were given the proper medical care.
Unfortunately, governments all over the world have
failed to properly handle these crisisses, and dealing
with them has been placed mainly on the individual.
There are many diseases that can be prevented in both
humans and animals when given the proper vaccinations
and the proper education.
So please support animal as well as human rights, I
do, and I will be there for my friends when they need
me.
Since my paws are to large to type I would like to
thank Terry for typing this for me, and I hope that you
will help your friends when they need you.
